The Tuscany Courtyard is an another restaurant which offers international dishes and is located in Kohsar Market Islamabad.They offer Italian and Thai cuisine for this specific reason this restaurant is famous and favourite among foreigners.They have both indoor and outdoor sitting areas.If you are a lot of people in the group the restaurant has ample space for you and you can easily sit and enjoy your food.
As they have a diversified range of menus so it was difficult to decide on.Finally, after lot of deliberation we decided to order Parmesan chicken panini ,Tuscany special pizza ,T-bone steak served with mashed potatoes and sauce and last Parmesan crusted stuffed chicken.
The parmesan chicken panini is layer of bread filled with cheese and is served with warm fries and coleslaw.I like certainly like their panini as it was not heavy and had a different taste.Next in line was Tuscany special pizza which we all were eagerly excited for.And our excitement was real for as this pizza was mixture of turkey ham,chicken, olives and different herbs.The introduction of turkey ham and turkey bacon make it the most unique and tastiest.We are given option of extra topping if we need to.T bone steak is another steak which is their speciality and their chef recommended it in menu.They ask you about the temperature of steak preference and the sauce you want to serve with it.And the last Parmesan crusted chicken as the name sound is stuffed with cheese and served with fries and coleslaw.
As most of the time the restaurant is full so the food is served little bit late but it is warm and fresh.The ambiance is nice looking and the staff is friendly.
